Wilhelm Kåge and Shōji Hamada, two of the foremost ceramicists of the 20th century, meet in an exhibition at Nationalmuseum. They came from opposite sides of the world but shared a passion for form, function and the character of the material. The show reveals how their ideas about everyday objects shaped modern ceramics in both Sweden and Japan.
